Security Clearance

It's becoming more and more obvious that there is a generation that knows decidedly more about cybersecurity, whether in business or government, than the people to whom they report.

If this story is accurate, then it begs many questions: How was this person chosen to receive such clearance? How come no senior analysts or his peers were able to follow or track the data he was downloading?

The private should be held responsible for his actions, but the safeties and systems in place obviously need attention.
